Beatrice "Bea" Ann White Banks Beatrice "Bea" Ann White Banks was called to eternal life on Sunday, June 22, 2014.

Beatrice was born in Albemarle County, Virginia, on May 13, 1955, to the late Bertha and Carlton White.

Beatrice was a graduate of Albemarle High. After  high school Bea went to work in retail where she spent her life doing what she did best "dealing" with the public. Beatrice spent an enjoyable life with her family and friends watching Price is Right and Daytime Soap Operas.

Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents, Bertha and Carlton White; her beloved son, Carlos R. White; her brother, Carlton White Jr.; her special friend, Patricia "Pat" Durrett; and a brother-in-law, SGT "Bo" Howard.

Beatrice is survived by her devoted husband of 27 years, Stephen Banks, Jr. of Louisa, Virginia; and their three beautiful children, Tameka C. Banks of Richmond, Virginia, and her two children, Isaiah Ware and Chace Scott-Banks; her son, Jason T. Jackson of Charlottesville, Virginia, and his wife, Yolanda Jackson, and his three children, Jaidyn, Elijah and Avah Jackson; her daughter, Natasha L. Banks of Richmond, Virginia, and her twins, Israel and Azriel Banks; two step-daughters, Autumn Starks and her children, Darius Starks and Jamari Starks, and SheaDawn Miller and her husband, Christopher Miller, and their children Jennavecia, Christopher and Cameron Miller; a beloved granddaughter, Abigail Ritchie; a sister, Alice R. Howard of Willingboro, New Jersey; a brother, Charles "Butch" White and his wife, Hadessa; a brother-in-law, Earl Scott and wife, Audrey; a loving mother-in-law, Mary E. Banks; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Comfort; her special "son," Nick Steppe; special friends, Chris "Chubby" Jackson, and Edna Mae "Auntie" Green; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Beatrice also left behind her beloved pets, Foxy, Lulu, and Hattie Mae.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at J. F. Bell Funeral Home Chapel, 108 Sixth Street, N.W.

In lieu of flowers, the family request monetary donations to be sent to 500 Harrow Road, Richmond, VA 23225. J. F. Bell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.jfbellfuneralhome.com.
