Michael C. Siegfried notified me that Philip J. Girvin passed away 9 July 2017 of Cancer.  Michael said that if you Google Philips's name you can view the obituary.  We wish Philips' family well at the loss of their loved one.  Time will heal and replace the loss with fond memory's.
