Deborah Barker Hodges went home to be with Jesus on January 23, 2005.  She fought a long, hard battle with MS for 13 years.  She was preceeded in death by her father, Robert; paternal grandparents, Carl and Delphia Barker; and her maternal grandmother, Elsie Kelly.  She is survived by her husband, Steve; sons, Jamie and Jesse; mother, Deloris Faye Cox; stepfather, Carl Cox, brothers, Jeffrey and Robert (serving in Fallujah; sister, Renee; grandfather, Simon Kelly; mother-in-law, Helen; father-in-law, Tommy; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Her family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Bliley Funeral Homes' Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday.  Interment Dale Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Central Virginia Chapter, 2112 W.
