John Patrick Graner passed away on January  27, 1994 in Los Angeles, California. He served as a member of Prudential Securities Board of Directors and as a Senior Executive in several capacities during his 28 year association with the firm. In recent years, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Graner Consulting Services.

Jack was a caring husband, a devoted and loving father, and a beloved friend to many. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Graner; his children, Bradley Graner and Kari Graner Barnes, his sister, Ethel Snarski. He will be loved and missed forever.
