Kukielka, Fred J. Age 61, passed away May 10, 2011. Beloved son of the late Fred A. and the late Genevieve; loving father of Jeff (Lisa), Jackie (Brian) Voyles and Jon; dear grandfather of the late Allison, Alyssa, Ty, Will and Grace; caring brother of Cindy (Steve) Bigden. A memorial mass will be held Wednesday, May 18, 10:30 a.m. at Divine Savior Church, 7740 W. Montrose, Norridge.
