Ed passed away on Aug. 14, 2016. He was a 30 year veteran of the Skokie Police Department. Ed is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Kathryn (nee Potamitis). Son of Zita and the late Francis Rizer; loving father figure to William (Rosa) Zimbrakos and Kristina Zimbrakos Garcia.
