    Robert L. "Bobby" Bonner, age 39, of 925 25th Street in Washington, D.C. died at 12.20 p.m. Wednesday February 4,1981 at his home.  The son of James W. and Geraldine Bearce Bonner, he was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on June 17,1941.

    Surviving are his father, his mother and stepfather, Mr. & Mrs. William E. Green; and one sister, Mrs. Larry (Sharon A.) Hardesty, all of Chillicothe.

    Mr. Bonner, who attended Tabernacle Baptist Church, was a psychologist with the Department of Labor for the last 13 years.  He graduated from Georgetown Kentucky University where he earned both his bachelor of science and master's degree in psychology.

    His funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Ware Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe.  Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
