    Douglas H. Cook, 39, of 294 Sheely Road - Frankfort died 7:15 p.m. Sunday at Medical Center Hospital.

    He was born in Chillicothe October 5, 1941 to Douglas and Carlene Trego Cook.  His mother lives in Chillicothe.  On May 26, 1967 he married the former Carolyn Loudner who survives.  Other survivors are a daughter, Miss Julia Cook, at home and a sister, Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Tatman of Redbud Acres.

    Mr. Cook worked in the industrial engineering department at Wear-Ever Aluminum, Inc. for 12 years.  He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the First Christian Church, and a board member of The Scioto Society, Inc.

    Funeral arrangements are pending at the Fawcett-Oliver and Glass Funeral Home.  Memorial tributes may be made to The Scioto Society, Inc. - 215 West Second Street.
