    Netta Frances Helton, age 66, of Thornvile, Ohio passed away on Tuesday October 9, 2007 at her residence.

    She was born on January 29, 1941 to the late Dorsa and Ina (Jenkins) Phipps.  She married her beloved husband Charles Helton February 4, 1961 and loved gardening in her many gardens.

    Netta is survived by her husband Charles, son Bryan (Karen) Helton, sister Evelyn Guckenberger, brothers Harold (Pam) Phipps, Garold (Bev) Phipps, Charles Phipps, granddaughter Angela, and several nieces and nephews.

    In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Dosha Burris, brother Carl Phipps, and grandson Zachary.

    Visitation will be on Friday October 12, 2007 from 4 to 8 p.m.at Boring-Sheridan Funeral Home, 56 South Main Street - Thornville 43076.

    Funeral service wiil be held on Saturday October 13, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Myers officiating.
