    Judith A. (Wingo) Fouts of Livonia, Michigan died October 12, 1996.  She was the beloved wife of Marvin, dearest mother of Georgeann Wade, Graig (Diane) Payne, Gretchen (Robert) Dennis, Ellanda Jo Payne and Joseph G. Payne; grandmother of Natasha, Erika, D.J., Ashley Janell, Whitney, Jeremy, and Jessica; sister of Warner E. Wingo, William Wingo, Karen Moseley, Anthony Wingo and Warnetta Wingo; and sister-in-law of Arnold and Harley Fouts.

    The funeral will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, Livonia, Michigan. Interment will follow in Parkview Cemetery.

    Friends may call Wednesday from 1 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
