Joyce Elaine Copenhaver Hutchison, 81, of Chillicothe,

Joyce Elaine Copenhaver Hutchison, 81, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Tuesday morning, October. 5, 2021 at her residence following a brief illness. She was born April 5, 1940, in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Raymond and Amie (Dyer) Copenhaver.

Surviving are her loving companion of 41 years, Carol Loel; daughter, Cathy Hutchison; sister, Judy Copenhaver, all of Chillicothe; sister-in-law, Karen Copenhaver, of Kingston; loving nieces and nephews, John Mueller, David Mueller, Raymond Mueller, Patrick Mueller, Amie Unger, Jillian Woods, Brenda George, Becky Loel, Steve Loel, and Buster Loel; several great and great-great nieces and nephews; and special friends, Bill Loel and Susan Shoemaker. She was preceded in death by sisters, Kay, Carol, Barbara, and Geneva, and brothers, Russell, Marvin, and Everett.

Joyce worked at General Electric retiring in 1995.

Funeral Services will be held 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October. 9, 2021, in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Jack Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Saturday. The service will be live streamed on the funeral home website.
