Fields, Jay (Donald H. Fields, Jr.), 76, passed away April 18, 2017. He was a retired teacher/coach.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Don & Betty Fields, and his brother, Jerry Fields.  Don is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lynn; his daughter, Jodie (Steve) Hrinko; his sons, Michael (Ashley) Fields, Steven (Amy) Fields and 6 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthur James Cancer Research Hospital or Ohio Health Foundation.  A Celebration of Life will be 4-6 PM, Sunday, April 23, 2017 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, OH 43085.
