     Harrison Gumm, 77, of Englewood, Ohio passed away at 9:30 p.m. Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the residence of his granddaughter.

     He was born January 23, 1941 in Chillicothe to the late Harry and Grace Louise Coey Gumm. On November 28, 1959 he married the former Jonnie Lou Heidell who preceded him in death September 30, 2018.

     Surviving are a son, Joseph Gumm and a daughter, Colleen Bragg, both of Chillicothe; a sister, Bobbie Hammond, of Hamersville, OH; a brother, Roger (Melody) Gumm, of Ashville, NC; a sister-in-law, Debbie Heidell, of Stoutsville; a granddaughter, Courtney (Ryan) Hart; a grandson, Jon Bragg; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Betty Hyer and a brother, Robert Gumm.

     Harrison retired from DuPont and was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran. He was a member of American Legion Post 0707 of Englewood and Scioto Lodge #6 F.& A.M.

     Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2018 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Steven J. Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 1-3 p.m. prior to the service on Sunday where a Masonic service will be held at 2:30 p.m.
