Gerald W. “Gary” Johnston, 74, of Chillicothe, died 9:02 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 in Adena Regional Medical Center following a short illness.

He was born July 20, 1940, in Londonderry, to the late Randall O. and Elouise Beeson Johnston.

Surviving are a brother, Merle (Juanita) Johnston, of Sarasota, FL; a niece, Dianne (Mike) Davis, of Harrisburg, OH; and a nephew, Scott (JoAnn) Johnston, of Englewood, FL.

Graveside services will be held 12 Noon Friday, January 23, 2015 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Adena Hospice Chaplain Bruce Hines officiating. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME
