Eugenia Taylor Witter, 73, of Chillicothe, died 2:42 a.m. Saturday, February 28, 2015 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born April 30, 1941, in Findlay, Ohio, to the late Eugene and Icie Skeen Taylor. On May 25, 1979, she married James Witter who survives.

Also surviving are children, Diana Thomas, of Chillicothe, Todd Brown, of Chillicothe and Lisa (Gregory) Carrelli, of Cincinnati; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother, Robert Taylor, of Chillicothe; sister, Deborah (Thomas) Hughes, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, John Taylor.

Eugenia retired from the Department of Energy.

A private celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
