JUDITH M. EWART BAKER


Judith M. Baker, of Queen Meadows,
died unexpectedly at 5:30 a.m. Saturday Dec. 26, 1992, at the residence of her nephew, Brad McCain, in Raleigh, N.C.
Judy had been visiting her relatives in North Carolina.
A native of Ross County, she was the daughter
of the late Arthur W. and Bernice M. Carnes Ewart.
On March 6, 1971, she married Gene P. Baker, who died Dec. 24, 1980.
Surviving are a son, Dustin P. Baker, at home;
sisters, Mrs. Robert L. (Beth) Elliott, Chillicothe,
Mrs. Glen (Linda) Cook, Wake Forrest, N.C.;
half brother, Charles Ewart, Grove City;
nephews, Zach and Seth Elliott, both of Chillicothe,
and Brad and his wife, Stacey McCain, Raleigh;
a niece, Dr. Brenda McCain, Atlanta, GA.;
and a grandnephew, Brandon McCain.
She will be missed by her family and many friends.
Judy was the manager at the Chivaho Credit Union,
at the Chillicothe Veterans Hospital.
Funeral services are to be 2 p.m. Tuesday
in the Ware Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Mathewson, Newark, officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery.
