Charles D. "Charlie" Landrum
CHILLICOTHE: Charles D. Landrum, 65, of Chillicothe, died 9:03 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2009 at his residence following a brief illness. He was born December 17, 1943 in Ross Co. to the late Ross and Martha Seney Landrum.
On June 12, 1992, he married the former Marsha Haynes who survives. Also surviving are children, Amanda (Steve) Drotleff, of Chillicothe, Dr. Meg (Andrew) Graham, of Ruskin, FL, Shelly Haynes, David (Andrea) Haynes and Teri (Jason) Azbell, all of Jackson, OH; grandchildren, Lauren, Natalie, Jack, Elena, Lucy, Krissa, Brittney, Codey, Austin, Sydney, Alec and Isaac; sisters, Diana (James) Crabtree, of Mocksville, NC and Nancy Arthur, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.
He was brought to the Lord by Rev. Jamie Miller, retired from the Chillicothe Telephone Company where he had given 34 years of service and was a member of IBEW Local 578.
His wishes were to be cremated. Family and friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2009 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
Because of his love of animals, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ross County Humane Society, 2308A Lick Run Road Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
