Janet E. Miller, 67, of Chillicothe, died 5:10 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2011, in Westmorland Place following an extended illness. She was born December 21, 1943, in Ross County, to Wilbur and Donna Titler Ratliff. On June 8, 1963 she married Lloyd E. Bethel who died September 24, 1975 and on June 25, 1976 she married William R. Miller, who survives, of Chillicothe. Also surviving are her mother, Donna Ratliff, of Chillicothe; children, Julie (Richard) Woods, Jason (Roberta) Bethel, Lori Miller, all of Chillicothe and Douglas (Christy) Bethel, of Nashville, TN; 10 grandchildren; a great-grandson; a sister, Duena (Ronald) Cottrill, of Chillicothe. She was predeceased by her father, Wilbur Ratliff. Janet attended the Denver Chapel Church. She was a retired office manager from Surgical Specialist where she worked for 13 years. She had also worked at Ross Co. Headstart for 7 years. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2011, in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Dane Knapp officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
