David G. Mischal, 63, of Omaha, NE, died 4:00 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2008, at Midlands Hospital. Memorial services will be held 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2008, at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel, 2202 Hancock Street, Bellevue, NE 68005.


David was born August 12, 1944, in Ross County to the late Gurney and Mary Mischal. He attended high school at Chillicothe High. On June 20, 1970, he married the former Sharon E. Davis, who survives, of Omaha. Also surviving are daughter, Lisa M. Mischal, of Omaha and son, David W. Mischal, of Omaha sisters, Norma Raney of Chillicothe and Iris Smith of Columbus.

David retired from the United States Air Force in 1989 as a Master Sergeant and retired from the United States Postal Service in 2006
