Dianna Sue "Sweetie" Oliver

Chillicothe - Dianna Sue "Sweetie" Oliver, 77, of Chillicothe, went to be with Jesus at 4:59 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2022 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born August 5, 1944, in Chillicothe, to the late Murlen L. "Phil" and Northa J. Tira Phillips. On December 31, 1959, she married her one true love, Gene A. Oliver who survives. Dianna was very artistic and crafty and loved to use her talents for the Lord.

Also surviving are children, Tammy (Drew) Aquino, of Circleville, Sheri (Joe Sharp) Oliver, of Chillicothe, Krissy Oliver, of Chillicothe and Corrie (Johnnie) Johnson, of Chillicothe; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; a brother, Alan (Cathy) Phillips, of Jasper; and a sister, Sharon (David) Miller, of Westerville.

Dianna was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and its Disciples Sunday School Class. She had taught the Whirlybird Class for 25 years. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2022 in the Tabernacle Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery. Friends may call at the Tabernacle Baptist Church from 2 to 3:30 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Monday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Capital Campaign of the Ross County Humane Society, 2308A Lick Run Road, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 or to Tabernacle Baptist Church's Memorial Fund, 221 E. Main Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
