WILIAM E. RIVER William E. River, 42, of 12517 Ohio 772, died May 23, 1986 at his residence. He was born April 1, 1944, in Chillicothe to James Ernest and Jean Crowe River. Survivors include his mother, of Chillicothe; a sister, Joanna River, Chillicothe; three brothers, James D. River, Circleville, John F. River and Charles E. River, both of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday in Greenlawn Cemetery where burial will follow.
