Everett F. Scheeler, age 66, of Chillicothe, Ohio, died 8:14 A.M. Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Traditions at Bristol Village in Waverly. He was born June 16, 1944 in Chillicothe, Ohio, the son of the late Everett and Norma Welch Scheeler.
In 1965 he was united in marriage to Phyllis McGraw Scheeler who preceded him in death January 31, 1984, and was preceded in death by one daughter,Sheri Scheeler. He is survived by one daughter, Sheila J. Torres and husband Gustavo of Waverly, and two grandchildren, Noah and Destiny Torres.
Everett attended the New Covenant Church of Christ in Christian Union, and was a US Air Force veteran of the Viet Nam Era.
Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Floral Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Vernagaye Sullivan officiating. Graveside services will be conducted by American Legion Post #142 of Waverly. Calling hours will not be observed.
