Dan, Jonathon, Maleah and I spent WAY too many years sitting in Latin classes together and always had great fun. Dan was a kind person with tremendous heart and an amazing sense of humor. He was attending VT at the time of his death, nearing graduation, I imagine. I remember hearing of Dan's death on the day it happened and thinking "what a tragic loss of a beautiful spirit".
His time on earth was precious and had he been allowed to stay, he would've continued to do great things, I'm sure. He's definitely left his mark on the hearts of many.
i still think about dan all the time,he was a huge part of my childhood.we lived in each other's backyards and he was my and all the girls crush in grade school,of course he could have given a flip,i know he's probably one of my angels.miss you dan.
Dan and I dated for 4 years (even while we were in college). He is greatly missed and was a sweetheart up until the day of his passing. I'm still in contact with his family and they have moved to California. We all miss Dan very much. He was a special light in this world and will remain with me forever.
