Andy, "DREW" was a friend of mine. We grew up on the same street played football together. It was a great time. I will remember those days forever. Andy suffered a broken neck skying and never recovered.

This is tough news to take. I admired him in high school and I have admired him since because he kept moving forward no matter how much crap was dealt to him Monday through Friday. No power on earth was going to stop him from starting at center. Apparently he lived his life that way. This is emotional. I thought he deserved good things. He was a tough, determined guy who would never say a negative thing about anyone even though what he received was just the opposite. R.I.P. Andy. Damn!
