Janis passed away in November of 2002 after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Don, son Ted, and sister Missy (Olivia). Janis was an OR nurse at Jewish Hospital and loved her profession. Janis was kind, compassionate, classy, and had a great sense of humor. I was lucky to have her for a friend.
