Received a e-mail from Boyce's wife Jan informing me of his passing.  No obituary written but she did share this information.   He liked to be called "Chuck"/

He is survived by myself, his son Travis, his step-daughter Paula, and two grandchildren. Chuck was a Vietnam veteran. He later become a Doctor of Chiropractic and an Industrial Disability Examiner, in San Jose and Redding, CA. Upon retirement in 2005, he relocated to Texas, and then to Florida where enjoyed the beach and boating life. He was a man of many talents. Among his interests were off-shore powerboat racing, motorcycling, trap and skeet shooting, and flying. He loved to have those long conversations and was a real people person. He is greatly missed. 

A small service was held at the Cape Canaveral Veterans Cemetery, where he was interned.
