hey all! my idea is to have it at inn of nicholas village in june 2009 from 6pm-10pm then have limos or some sort of transportation take people where ever they want go. preferably milestone ranch if ppl are stil up for going out making sure a good band is playing there so we stay in one of our high schools towns. that way no one has to drive and we will celebrate 10yrs from the month we actually graduated. plus everyone is always in a great mood in the summer. i realize that more people tend to be home at thanksgiving but im pretty sure the people that really want to be there would make an effort to get home in june. the question is do we have enough time to plan before then. hope everyone is well and hope i didnt go to overboard here. just throwing ideas out there. maybe one or two of them will at least stick.

the limo thing may be costly but if not i think it would be great. you may ask how ppl would then get home from milestone. well they do have rooms for some ppl but maybe we could just rent some cars or even pay some designated drivers to pick ppl up from there but only if they go there. if ppl take the limo somewhere else then they are on their own getting home. i know im throwing a lot out there and this def may cost too much or be too tough to organize but def feel transportation shld be provided if possible and limo would just be more fun but any transportation is more important. if the idea sounds good maybe i could head up the transportation dept. let me know your thoughts

we may also just look for volunteers to be designated drivers. i know not everyone drinks and some may want to lend a hand. its just that you all know i do and i know many others do so figured this was an important item.

hahahaha was this an open forum to post potential ideas for the reunion?

Not that anyone cares but I am never around for Turkey Day weekend so I am hoping the reunion is at a different time of year...

Tom, I live in Scranton and work in the Summit so if you need any help with anything at all just let me know, I'd be glad to help even if I can't attend.
