I remember Sue from Roxboro Jr High. We had alot of classes together and Mrs. Fabian, Home Ec, used to talk about 'slippage of the pattern' which made Sue and I start giggling.

I had classes with Sue at Heights and I always enjoyed chatting with her. She was cool and I loved her blond streak in her hair. She was a nice person!

I met Sue at Roxboro. She taught me how to play pool. She is missed.

I did know Sue from Roxboro and the junior high school friendship that I had with Henry Burdg. Sue lived a few doors from Henry back in that by-gone era of the early '60s. Sue invited me to my first Sadie Hawkins Dance during our sophomore year. We went, had a good time, then went to her home with other friends. Several years later we had a couple of dates at Ohio University. I always enjoyed her smiling face and laugh. She was fun to be with.

I was sorry several years later, around 1982, to learn of her problems and her subsequent death. At that time the experience of knowing she passed away was so unbelievable and surreal. I can only trust that now, in God's hands, that she is doing quite well.

In nomine patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.

So full of life. Witty, sarcastic. And of course that hair streak. I did not know she had passed....
