I remember Eddie at Taylor. I think he was in Mr. Groden's class in sixth grade. I remember him to be brilliant with a great sense of humor and a just plain good person. The last time I ran into him, I think he directed or was CEO of Menorah Park and/or Montefiore Nursing homes.
I remember Eddie in school. Wow, what a shock. One day while working, I was talking to a girl with the last name of Vinocur. I asked if she was related to Eddie. She told me what happened. We talked a while. What a shock! Rest in peace.
Although we knew each other to say hello at hts. I got to know Ed while working at Montefiore. A lesser person running a organization of this size would have lost focus of the mission. Ed never did.

First class act. Briliant, religious. About the nicest person I ever met. Anyone who knew him, was better for it.Anne Gutow (Chapman)
