Happy to wake everyday and go to work! Extremely proud of Yael as she is getting her PHD at Bar Ilan University in Israel! It is never too late to pursue your ambitions! Very proud of my family and hard to believe how independent our children have become( in other words not asking us for money but wanting us to babysit more!) It gets harder for me to see the grandkids only 2 or 3 times a year when i visit Israel since skpe and facetime don't let you kiss those cheeks or get those hugs!! also, I seem to have found a new direction in life as for the last 5 years I started attending and leading morning Minyan services at our Synagogue! One year ago started volunteering at the Gathering Place working with kids who have either lost a love one to cancer or dealing with a family member with cancer! Just trying to give back and help others!

sorry i did not advantage of hts. to being more active and i wish i could of met more of our fellow classmates.

our dog Lucky! 11 trips to Israel,however, he has been red flagged on ElAL--he sort of made a persons book kinda yellow!but he didn,t do it on purpose---he is truely one happy fellow.

April 1994-- our first trip to Poland."March of the Living"5000 youths and 100 adults marched from Auschwitz to Birkenau(Auschwitz 2)they called it "the death march" that the Nazis made the Jews do when they knew that they (Germany)were about to be defeated. Yael and I were very moved and returned 2 years later to vist the camps and do the march a second time. It reinforced to us how lucky we are to have a state of Israel and to have the freedom that the USA affords us.

first time grandfather feeding and holding Aviv--Mai was being patient waiting for me! what an unbelieveable feeling---words cannot express the excitement!!
