Richard Alan Mart (1950 - 2016)

Richard Alan Mart, 65 of Lynn Haven, FL passed away at his home Thursday July 9, 2016. 

He was born Nov. 21, 1950 in Cleveland Heights, OH. Rick was a member of the local chapter of PFLAG and enjoyed going on cruises and to the casinos and working in the yard with his plants. 

Rick is survived by his loving husband of 34 years Robert McNeal Jr. and 2 stepsons, Scott and Dusty McNeal, 3 grandchildren, Addysun, Hannah and Eliot along with one sister Karen Krcal and nephew Jeremy Krcal.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 6 at 12 noon at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 1410 Airport Rd, Panama City, FL 32405. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Panama City Covenant Hospice in his name.
