School Story:
Although I only attended Heights schools through the middle of 10th grade(we moved to Shaker-ughhh!) my heart and soul remained at Heights. After I barely made it out of high school I left for Ohio State with Joanne Weiss as my roommate. I majored in Hearts, finding a boyfriend,partying and getting away from home. I was very successful in all four. The bubble burst in May of 1970 when the rioting began..and then I found out that Allison Krause was among those killed. After 3 quarters of avoiding classes as much as possible ,the people funding my "education" (my parents) said "partys over!). I came back to Cleveland and was lucky enough to know someone who owned Disc Records and I worked in their offices for 10 years...it was a very unconventional office and those were great years plus I learned a lot. The business was sold to an out of state company so I was out of work for 2 years until my daughter was born. Around that time I started working part-time in my husbands family businesses..Severance bowling lanes and Eastgate Coliseum. Stayed there until the businesses closed and shortly after decided to go to Ohio College of Massotherapy.
