Janice M. "Chick'' Deininger (nee Chicketti), 79, beloved wife for 56 years of James; loving mother of John (wife Nancy), Joseph and Michael (wife Jackie); devoted grandmother of James, Danielle, Lauren, Sarah, Austin and Alyssa; cherished daughter of the late Julius and Lucy (nee Ceri) Chicketti; dearest sister of June Mancuso (husband Michael) and Barbara Norman (husband Ray); dear aunt, great-aunt and friend of many.

Janice was born July 19, 1936 in Cleveland, OH and passed away December 3, 2015. Janice has been a resident of Mayfield Heights for the past 35 years. She was a hair dresser. Janice enjoyed cooking and dancing. She got the most enjoyment in life from her family and loved attending all her grandkids' sporting events. Janice will be missed for her funny, outgoing and generous nature. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at St. Clare Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. Burial following at Lake View Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Janice at The DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills, 28890 Chardon Rd. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) Tuesday 4 to 8 p.m.
