Hello All,

I would like to get other's opinion about a request I have.  I would appreciate receiving a treasurer's report/balance sheet specifically for funds collected for our 40th reunion.  We have been asked for additional donations on several occasions, most recently for the website, however we have not been given the opportunity to have any accounting of funds.

Perhaps a free webpage on Facebook should be considered to save another expense.  Additionally, what is the action plan (similar to a business plan) if the committee is to remain in place for future events?

Any additional ideas and/or input is much appreciated.  Let's keep it all transparent!!!

Hi My Sister Thylis Brasier!  

Maybe you will remember me...  Patricia Powell back in the day, but declaring the word of the Lord even as we walked through the halls of John Adams High School as mighty Rebels...   I  read your testamony and was lead to write you a line of encouragement in your recovery...  we are so blessed...  the experience has been great!, and I long still to be a writer, so your cause is great and I will sign the petition and whatever necessary to keep the torch burning... 

Let me just give you a word of encouragement and instruction that the Spirit guided me in responding ...  In Psalm the 118th chapter ....  starting at verse 14....  The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation.   15....  The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous;  the right hand of the Lord does valiantly.  16...  The right hand of the Lord is exalted; the right hand of the Lord does valiantly.  (Now, recite this next one out loud daily, or as often as you might )...17...I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.....

It is so good that you are keeping the Rebels together of  the class of 1971. You are doing a awesome job indeed. I can not wait to see the classmates, now that I have gotten back in touch with the head person. You have done a fantastic job. I looked at the gallery and throughout the names that have gone on and that have attended various functions of our class...I can't wait to see everyone. My hat goes off to you...Please keep on doing what you are doing indeed. It's a pleasure reading and knowing that someone can bring us all together for a good cause...AMEN!!!!
