Stephen Downs

Went to PG college; joined the army; went to Viet Nam; left the army and started working in graphic arts; started own company, Columbia Graphics Corporation; went to work at Portfolio Inc. as vice president of sales; worked as manager of Old Town Type; worked at Northwest Current Newspapers; started another company, J&S Typesetting and Graphics; worked for Carlson's Finest Meats; bought this business and renamed it Around Town Food Service; moved to KY in 1992 while managing business in MD and had several "to do something" jobs; moved to Cape Charles, VA in 2004 opened and ran Veneto's Pizzeria for 10 years. That's all folks!

Mamma Lang (that poor woman!); Mrs. Boroski's hairy mole; Rob Singleton's '59 Ford; Cheap beer and Harrigan's. Speaking of Harrigan's one of the original owners and her daughter live in Cape Charles. The daughter showed up at my Pizzeria for a job interview. Her mom heard about me and brought in one of the mugs from the mug club! Small world! Had to fire the daughter though. She drank too much!
