Kenny was my best friend from 4th grade on. We went through many trials and tests throughout his short life. If you needed something and he had it, it was yours, no questions asked. I still think about him all the time and miss him dearly. RIP, Kenny.
I got to be friends with Kenny in the 8th grade when I was the new girl after my stepdad was transferred to the Cville hosp. When Kenny developed a crush on me, I became overwhelmed and felt smothered by him, and I wish I could have gotten in touch with him to apologize if I had ever hurt him. He was a very sweet and dear soul. He wrote me love letters and made me mix tapes and even sent me flowers! RIP!
