Nick Pinell was born on January 16, 1946 and passed away at home peacefully January 17, 2013.He was native of Colorado Springs and very proud of being from such a great state as Colorado. He graduated from Air Academy High School in 1965 and a few years later started working for the Colorado Division of Wildlife. He served the community as a Wildlife Metro Tech for forty years and loved every minute of it!The Colorado Mountains were extremely important to Nick, even after his retirement from the Colorado Division of Wildlife he continued on as a volunteer. He was always known for his great love of people and always stood ready to help those in need. He truly felt closest to God when he was outdoors among nature.

He was blessed to have all his family by his side, spend time with each of them and to be at home on his birthday where he wanted to be. He was a very warm, caring and loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be forever missed, and always in our thoughts and heart.
