Jason Jantzen

After high school I spent a year at SOCC working on an AA and then left on a two year LDS mission to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. After returning, I finished my AA at SOCC and then went out to Rexburg, Idaho (Southeastern Idaho) to work on a BA in Spanish Education at BYU-Iadho. I met Danielle (my wife) the first semester of school and asked her to marry me that summer. We moved out to Washington, where Danielle's family is from, to do my student teaching. After finishing student teaching, I decided that I really didn't want to teach after all. I subsitute taught here and there, took up a window sales job during the summer, lost a lot of money in that, and then discovered what I really wanted to do in the Fall of '07. My brother, who worked at Adobe at the time, gave me some Adobe apps, including Photoshop among others, and I soon discovered how much I enjoyed digital design. I graduated in February 2010 with a BFA in Digital Media Productions from the IADT - Seattle. I currently work for myself making animations of all sorts and sometimes VFX and sound design.

My wife Danielle is from Puyallup, Washington. She danced on the dance team in high school and did ballroom dancing in college. She studied Health Science and received a BS from BYU-Idaho one semester before having Taylor. She is a stay at home super mom.
