Okay so here we go....if you look under Reunion Details...Athena has listed some suggestions of things we can do for the reunion. Some people may not be able to attend all the events, but the idea is to promote a main event that most people can attend. I think it should be the formal dinner/dance...What do you think??????

I like the dinner and dance but i would also want something that we could do at CCC to give something back to our high school.

Julia, I agree....as Athena mentioned on the details page...a service learning project, which is what you are referring to. We just need to vote on what we want to do. What we will do as soon as we get more people to join the site is to get suggestions and then upload a survey that people can vote on ideas and then we can do whatever the majority wants to do. That way we are all helping in making the decisions as opposed to just a few people deciding for everyone.

I agree and would be happy to chime in, please notify me in advance of activities and "potential" dates we might have them. I need to work on the preparation to be there!!!

I love the idea of going cave tubing and giving business to a fellow classmate....it sounds perfect!

Hello everyone, I find many of the ides doable and fun! Lilia, Athena and Glori are doing a lot to get this Reunion going but they need support from those of us who are here in Belize. I would like to suggest that we form a committee made up of people willing to help with the organization here in Belize. This committee can liase with the group abroad and together I am sure we can put on a great reunion! Let me know if you all think and if you would be willing to be a part of the committee.

Helo Guys

Its Alma here joining you. I was so happy to here about what you guys are planning.

In reality I had not realized 20 years has gone so quick.

I believe a dinner and dance to start will be fun . Then a family trip to the mountain pineridge will be great for adventure and an opportunity to get in contact with nature. Finally, givie a visit to C.C.C.

Do something for them so as to be remembered by them.  My eldest son is there in third form. It would be a great experience for me with him there.

Just my opinion to you guys. It will be great.  Whatever we do, count me in for help or anything.

Thanks bye

Hi Gang,

David Watson checking in here.  You all have great ideas for the reunion.  I like the idea of a trip to Mountain Pine Ridge and the visit to C.C.C.  Since I still live in Corozal I would be glad to help with the planning and the ground work that needs to be done here in Belize.  Please feel free to give me a call at 620-6326 or 623-6183 so we can get started because time is running out on us.

Mr. Maxie Nicholas (Vice Principal/English Teacher)

Hi Guys,

You know Maxie Nicholas always has to put in his mouth. Anyway concerning doing something for CCC: CCC Band won Band Fest 2010 in grand style. Congratulations to them again. In an acceptance speech for the award a teacher from CCC expressed how grateful they were to Wesley College for lending them a tuba. It appears that the tuba helped quite a bit in their win. I looked up 'tuba' on the internet and found that they are prohibitively expensive. However if someone living in the US, especially someone associated with an educational institution could look into this, these institutions sometimes donate some of their used instruments. Of course the Class of 91 may also want to consider donating a brand new tuba.

Thanks for the opportunity to participate.

Maxie

Hi everyone,

I hope our classmates are still using the website.  I was thinking that we should plan a reunion for our 25th anniversary but for it to go well we need to start planning from now.  Five years may seem like a long time but I can assure you that it is not.  If anybody is interested in starting to plan please let me know. My phone number is 620-6326.
