The Reunion is scheduled for San Antonio, Texas from August 7-10, 2014 at the Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel, San Antonio, Texas.  

The 2014 theme is “Turn Back the Hands of Time”.  

In lieu of a memory book, we would like to publish a list of everyone’s email address and home address with telephone number. If you would like your email and address to be published and shared, please give your permission by checking the box on the registration form and include a photo.  

Even if you are not attending, please complete the registration form so that we may update your contact information, or you can log on to the website and create a profile page and provide the requested information.

Registration Fee
The registration fee is $125.00 per person. If you have not submitted your registration form or made your room reservation, 
please do so now as time is running out! Please advise us of any special mobility or dietary requirement you may have.

Hotel Info and Booking
A block of rooms are being held at Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel under the name Springville High School Reunion Group. 

The hotel reservation booking number is 1-800-972-3480 or 210-354-2800.  When making reservations, identify yourself as a member of the  Springville High School Reunion Group and use the group code 08076884SP.  

The room rate is $109.00 per night exclusive of service charge and appropriate state sales tax. Rooms may be reserved as late as July 31, 2014, providing space is still available.  I would urge you to make your reservation as early as possible, because other events are being scheduled for this hotel and could impact your ability to secure lodging.

Room rates are locked at the available rate for two days prior and two days after the event. Check-in: 3:00 pm; early check-in available pending completion of house cleaning services   Check-out: 11:00 am; late check-out available up to 2:00 pm, but must be requested upon check-in.

Transportation
A bus has been coordinated for those desiring transportation from Coushatta to San Antonio. The bus capacity is 50 passengers at a ticket price of $100.00 round trip per passenger to include the San Marcos shopping trip.  If there are less than 50 passengers, the ticket price will vary based on tickets sold.  A reservation fee of $25.00 is required at placing your reservation.  Balance is due by March 1, 2014. San Marcos Shopping Tour
The roundtrip ticket price for the San Marcos shopping tour is $14.00 per passenger.  If you are not traveling on the Coushatta bus, please indicate your desire to participate in the tour on your registration form and include with your registration fee.
