Patrick Lee Catron, 66, of Desert Hot Springs, California passed away July 6, 2016 in Palm Springs, California. He was born November 2, 1949, to Dwight Catron and Eldora Payton in Pomona, California. He married Ellen Bennett on November 6, 1999 in Palm Sprints, California. He was a front desk clerk in the hospitality industry for 10 years and before that a carpenter for 15 years. He was a member of Benevolent Protective order of Elks. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1973. He is survived by his spouse, Ellen L. Catron of Desert Hot Springs, California; daughters, Brandy Catron, of Pahrump, Nevada, Heather Eberlene of Desert Hot Springs, California; son, Jack N. Angus III of Desert Hot Springs, Jonathan N. Angus of Palm Springs; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother, Michael Catron and sister, Karen Keely. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Ramon Room at Forest Lawn Cathedral City. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 22, 2016 in the Ramon Chapel at Forest Lawn Cathedral City with interment to follow at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California. Forest Cathedral City is in charge of arrangements.
