Comments:

I spent early years after high school on the PBS show "This Old House" as the on-set tutor for Norm Abrams before he achieved Master Carpenter certification; I constructed the bulk of the furniture creations during this period. During my junior and senior years at UGA, I served as UGA IV trainer (UGA was actually a female during the eighties) and I trained her to lift her leg during on-field appearances. Upon graduating, I began short-career as Dominique Wilkins personal coach and masseuse. Amassed personal fortune in the children's playscape business by creating a multi-level marketing business model that I convinced friends to join- Bernie Madoff was an early client. The move into business and away from the more physical activities of my life resulted from a bad afternoon during the running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain- I really thought the years of training on the mechnical bulls would better prepare me for this challenge. Who would have guessed the real bulls move more than just up and down and round and round. After recovering from several back surgeries, I moved my family to Lebanon to become a goat-herder- they are such lovely, warm and friendly animals - especially on the high plains on a cold starry night. During this period I relinquished all of my personal wealth in order to more closely commune with Mother Nature- in fact the only material possession I have from this period is a very special tattoo- be sure to ask me to share it with you.

I hope to see you at the gala tomorrow night, but my schedule is still a bit tentative. I am hitchhiking my way back from LA; I came out for the MJ Tribute, but ended up listening to it on a radio outside the Staples Center. I'll keep providing updates as long as the next truckstop has an internet kiosk....
