As a classmate of Kes for 12 years I knew him as a lighthearted person. I'll never forget when he climbed out of our grammer school classroom window to go see someone (I think it may have been his brother) that was at the playground.
Kes and I were classmates for many years starting in elementary school at Ficquett. My daughter is now a student at Ficquett and I am reminded of the time when Kes was gracious enough to show me what a 'boys' bathroom looked like in Mrs. Allgood's third grade. Needless to say, we got to miss recess that day and I have never wanted to go back in the 'boys' bathroom since.
Kes and I were classmates at "New Porterdale Elem." He was my first boyfriend.He was a very sweet and Crazy guy and we remained friends all the way thru H.S.He will be missed.
