Kenneth Michael Biggers 69, of Loganville, GA passed November 29, 2015. Kenneth was preceded in death by this parents Edward Perry Biggers and Vera Inez Ivey. He is survived by his wife Peggy Biggers; 3 children Jennifer (Dana) Mills, Matthew Wilson Biggers and Sarah Hornbuckle; 1 sister Sarah Ivey; a host of family and friends. Ken was a Vietnam Veteran (1967-1972), Master Mason - Zingara Lodge # 519. He was a retired Rockdale County Sheriff Deputy. There will be a private memorial.
