HARRIS, Stanley Stanley Walker Harris, lifelong Newton County resident and President of Walker Harris Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Covington since 1969, died February 23, 2008, at the age of 61. Surviving are his wife, Becky D. Harris; daughter, Trudy Harris of New York, NY; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Ida Harris; beloved grandchildren, Parks Harris and Hudson Harris; father, Walker Harris; sister and brother-in-law, Dawn and Marshall Atha; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Donna Harris, all of Covington; 6 nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mr. Harris will be held Monday, February 25, 2008, at Covington First Baptist Church, with Rev. J.J. Wilson and Rev. Len Strozier, officiating, and interment following at Lawnwood Memorial Park.
