Edward Richard Roper was born 5/20/46 and died 9/29/91 of a heart attack in Jacksonville,Fla. He was living there at the time with his wife,Sandra, and son Robby. He is buried in Appling County GA. at Lake Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. Richard served his country in Vietnam as a PVT in the Army. He was a fine Christian man and his family was so proud of him. He was my first cousin, and I have many good memories of him when we were young.
