Michal passed away peacefully on May 24, 2013 at the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary, Alberta, after a lengthy illness.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Glenn of Calgary; son Joe Glenn (Jen McManes and granddaughter Danielle of Calgary) and son Dan Glenn of Calgary; two sisters, Jo Comfort of Creston B.C., and Jackie Cornelson of Calgary.
My strongest memories of Michael were her zest for life and love of her family. We spent a lot of time together reading and praying in her last days. The disease which took her was agonizingly long and brutal - it just wasn’t fair. Michael’s courage will never be forgotten. I know Michael is in heaven and so look forward to meeting her again one day. Rest In Peace dear Michael.
