I got the reminder in the mail about the reunion but unfortunately I will not be able to attend. I am currently battling cancer. I started my treatments in September 2008 and have been diagnosed with Fiolecular non-hodgins lymphoma. The tell me I will need 6 to 8 chemotherapy treatments and second one is October 1, 2008.
I am now married for the second time to a wonderful man, Mark Bartoo. We have been married for 11 years. We have two children (i.e. I wonder how many other classmates had babies after the age of 40.) From my first married I have one child. Jason is 27 and I am going to be a Grandmother in November 2008. I am very excited about that.
I have been in the insurance business since 1985. I originally started out as an underwriter for the Medical malpractice companies called MOMEDICO and The Medical Protective Company. I have had my own agency since 11/01/1999 with Allstate insurance. If you would have ever told me in high school or college for that matter I would be in the insurance business. I would have told you are crazy.
