What comes with my ticket?

Everything you need to catch up with old friends...a place to go, music, a great meal and we are even trying to work some free drinks in to get the party started.  The flipside of that question is "what is NOT included with the ticket?".   You have to handle your hotel room, the cash bar and any bail money or bribes that you need along the way.

Should I bring my wife/husband/friend?

Of course you should bring them, they like to get out of the house every so often.  We are working to make this event significant-other-friendly and I'm sure they would like to see some pictures of you with big hair.

What about my kids?

Happily for you, this event is kidless, just like most of you were in High School!

Can I buy my ticket the day of the event?

The venue is limited in size, so we can't guarantee that tickets will still be available on the day of the event.  The prices are geared to make it worthwhile to buy early and no more tickets can be issued when we reach the venue's limit.

What can I do to help?

If you want to help, that's great, Thanks!  Initially, our biggest challenge is finding classmates.  If you want to call your old friends and send them to this website, that would be a great help.  If you want to send us their email address, we can contact them and tell them the plan.  We may have other jobs down the road.  If you think you might have something great to donate other than time, drop us an email (info@homestead88.com).

How should I dress?

Like the 80's.  Big hair and prom dresses! No seriously, any way that you want to dress is fine. 

Why Foster City, didn't we go to school in Cupertino?

Right you are!  We picked the Crowne Plaza Foster City for a number of reasons, not the least of which was the beautiful carpeting.  Seriously, here are the finer points:

• easily accessible from any part of the Bay Area (and we live in every direction now)
• free shuttles from SFO
• plenty of parking
• discounted room rates
• they have seen your yearbook pictures and are still willing to host us.

Who else is coming?

We have a bunch of RSVPs and more people are buying tickets every day.  The more people you tell, the more will come!

Do I need a hotel room? Is there a special price on hotel rooms at the Crowne Plaza?

Need is a strong word.  Depending on how much reunionizing you do, you might want to have a place to crash or continue the party into the wee hours.  There is a discounted rate, the details of which are being negotiated.  We will send out the info as soon as we have it.
