_______________________________________________________

To the Home Going of Tia Mitchell,

Tia was the most loving, kind hearted, loveable, concerned, intelligent, out going, Spirit-lead, humble, JOYFULL, BLESSED, STRONG HEART, giving, Independent, successful, funniest, Strongest, multi-talented Person I HAVE EVER KNOWN IN THIS WORLD. She has accomplished so much in this life time. She always kept a smile on her face that would brighten the darkest day. I am so thankful and blessed that GOD allowed her in my life. Tia has taught me so much; she has been there during all my hard days and sad days. Tia has let her light shine on many people, and for this I know that she did the work of God. She was my sister in Christ, Best Friend and never hesitated to listen, or lend her shoulder when I needed one to cry on.

To My BEST FRIEND TIA, Keep Smiling..... We Love you, I love you From Karen Allen

All I can remember is Tia's bright smile and her signature giggle. No matter the time of day or place you encountered Tia she was full of joy. Thank you God for giving me the opportunity to experience Tia, she was a true ray of sunshine and she will truly be missed.

Kristen said it best: "To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord". I HAVE to keep telling myself this in order to understand God's perfect will for Tia. I cannot believe that she is gone but it is definitely a reality check for me and I hope for most of you. I'm certain Tia is in heaven...let's all live our lives right so that we may see her again on the other side in heaven....Love you guys!

I am so flabbergasted and discombobulated by this situation. I am really sorry about the lost. However, I know that god make no mistakes. Tia is in a much better place now. I know that God will take care of her family and children. The family are in my prayers....

AFTER READING ALL THESE COMMENTS ABOUT TIA (I'M JEALOUS THAT I DIDN'T GET THE CHANCE TO KNOW HER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND FROM WHAT EVERYONE HAD TO SAY I KNOW NOW SHE WAS A GOOD PERSON)I CAN'T SAY THAT I KNOW HER LIKE THE REST OF YOU. I HAD A CLASS WITH HER FRESHMAN YEAR AND THAT WAS BRIEF BECAUSE THEY ENDED UP DIVIDING THE CLASSES UP. KESHIA AND JANA TEXT ME AROUND THE SAME TIME WITH THE NEWS AND MY HEART JUST STOPPED. I REMEMBER SHE WAS ALWAYS SMILING I DO KNOW THAT MUCH AND I CAN SAY THAT. I DIDN'T KNOW HER AS A FRIEND JUST A CLASSMATE BUT MY HEART GOES OUT TO HER KIDS AND FAMILY. I'M STILL AT A LOSS FOR WORDS RIGHT NOW. TO THE ONES THAT SHE MATTERED TO THE MOST SHE'S IN A BETTER PLACE RIGHT NOW. JUST DON'T TAKE LIFE FOR GRANTED OR THE SIMPLE THINGS IN LIFE. SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS YOU CAN WITH THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IT'S THEIR LAST OR YOURS. WOW I'M STARTING TO CRY RIGHT NOW. . .

REST IN PEACE TIA R.MITCHELL!! STAY BLESSED AND BE BLESSED EVERYONE ELSE!!

Damn. I been wondering what I could possibly say after hearing about this. Tia and I grew up together on the same street right here on Wendelkin. I mean we lived next door to each other. One of the sweetest girls I have ever known. I wish I could find the words to express how deeply saddened I am of this homegoing but I can still stand on God's Word that All Things are working together for the Goodness of Those that Love the Lord. My deepest condolences go out to the Cofer family.
